The following rental bus conditions, hereinafter abbreviated to “MOB”, are, insofar as they have been effectively agreed, the contents of the contract, which in the case of the rental of buses between us, the company Starship – 24/7 Coachservice GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as the “Bus Company” and abbreviated to “BU”, and the Principal, hereinafter abbreviated to “Principal”, shall be entitled to the same. Please read this MOB carefully before placing the order.

We recommend that you carry this MOB with you during the journey, inform your tour guides and other agents as well as your passengers about the contents of these contract conditions, so that they can inform themselves at any time about their rights and obligations as a client and their effects on the behaviour of the tour guides, agents and passengers themselves.
